What is Days of Giving?
Days of Giving is a meaningful way to support the work of the Church Health Center. It allows you to connect your gift to a special person or occasion in your life. By giving, you provide people with the healthcare, preventive care, and wellness education they need to live healthier lives. On behalf of all those impacted by your incredible generosity, thank you.
To become a member of the Days of Giving Society:
Select a giving level that is comfortable for you. Select your day or week of recognition. (If you do not have a date preference, we will gladly choose one for you.) Select a special occasion or someone to honor, memorialize, or celebrate.
Gift of a Day
Clinic ministry: Your $2,500 gift helps fund a day of medical care (200 patient visits).
Wellness ministry: Your $2,500 gift helps fund a day of preventive care and wellness education programs (500 member visits).
All ministries of the Church Health Center: Your $5,000 gift helps fund a day of care and programming for all of our ministries.
Gift of a Week
Clinic ministry: Your $10,000 gift helps fund a week of medical care (1,100 patient visits).
Wellness ministry: Your $10,000 gift helps fund a week of preventive care and wellness education (2,750 member visits).
All ministries of the Church Health Center: Your $25,000 gift helps fund a week of care and programming for all of our ministries.
Recognition
Your gift will be recognized in the following ways:
Those you designate will receive a personalized card notifying them of your generous gift.
During the week of your recognition, a plaque will be placed in the Clinic or Church Health Center Wellness so all who come through our doors will know who helped provide their care.
You and those you designate will receive a personal call from our leadership team.
Once your gift date has passed, you and those you designate will receive a special memento with a story and pictures describing how your gift has made a difference in the lives of many people in Memphis.
Your gift will appear in our quarterly newsletter’s Days of Giving Society section.
You will receive an invitation to our annual Days of Giving Society luncheon, which is a wonderful opportunity to introduce your friends to the Church Health Center.
