Step 2
Effective March 1, 2011, following your Getting Started session, you can discuss your membership fees with a membership representative. Once established, you will make a payment and schedule your exercise assessment.
Fees
Membership fees are based on family size and income. To qualify for a reduced membership fee, valid proof of income is required. There is no additional registration fee for joining Church Health Center Wellness.
Individual Monthly Membership Fees - $15 to $45
Household Monthly Membership Fees - $21 to $60
Group Fees
Members can receive a 15% discount on membership fees by joining as a group. Group memberships must be 5 or more people with one central billing address. Call (901) 259-4673 for more information on setting up a group membership account.
