This is an exciting campaign all about celebrating the mission and work of the Church Health Center. By donating $25 a month or more via automatic bank draft or monthly credit card donation you can make a big difference in the lives of many of our neighbors in need.  

 With your support, you will help us provide medical, dental and eye care to thousands of uninsured working people and their families in our community. Your $25 will also help us provide access to our walk-in clinic, wellness center, preschool, our counseling and social work services, physical therapy and much more.
