Maureen Daniels is a Faith Community Nursing Specialist with the Church Health Center. She previously served on the staff of the International Parish Nurse Resource Center at their location in St. Louis, MO where she was the Director of Coordinator's Support and International Partnerships. She continues to be the connection point between the faith community/parish nurse network coordinators abroad, and the international mission of faith community nursing through the World Forum.  In addition to providing her experience and wisdom to multiple FCN programs at the Church Health Center, Maureen has served as the Director of the Deaconess Parish Nurse Network in St. Louis, as a Parish Nurse for the Maplewood/ Richmond Heights (Missouri) Community Church Cluster, and is an active member of the Greater St. Louis Parish Nurse Network.  She teaches the Foundations in Faith Community Nursing Course throughout the United States and beyond, including Madagascar, and has taught in South Korea, South Africa, Swaziland, and England, and also teaches the FCN Coordinators’ Course.  She also has 5 years of experience in chaplaincy and pastoral care.  She has been a speaker for the Mission Congress of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, and is a member of the US Catholic Mission Association.  Maureen is a long time member of Immaculate Conception Parish in Maplewood, Mo, where she is a musician and actively involved with liturgy planning.  She is an Associate member with the Missionaries of Our Lady of La Salette, and is on the Mission Board for the order.
