Medical Clinic: We are committed to patient-centered care at our medical center as well as through our many partnerships with healthcare providers, diagnostic centers and hospitals who volunteer their services. Our dedicated staff cares for our patients with compassion, weaving faith and health into action, helping our patients reach their highest level of wellness. Services include primary and specialty care, dentistry, eye care and counseling. Patients pay a sliding-scale visit fee that is based on family size and income.

MEMPHIS Plan: The Church Health Center offers this unique employer-sponsored healthcare plan for employees of small businesses. Services are provided mostly off-site by volunteer providers. Plan covers primary and specialty care, lab/diagnostic testing and hospital services, and it operates similarly to an insurance program. The MEMPHIS Plan is paid for by a monthly fee shared by the employer and employee.
